Morning in Amsterdam North
I love days that start like this. For some reason a sunrise like this always reminds me that God says his compassions are new every morning:
Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.

Some translations have mercies instead of compassions, and that’s just as good.
There’s a lot to think about in these two short Bible verses.
